About Linden Title

Traditional title experience, built for modern projects.

Linden Title provides title research, ownership analysis, due diligence, and structured land-data reporting for energy, infrastructure, right-of-way, and land-management projects.

Our work is grounded in courthouse fundamentals and supported by modern systems designed to make complicated ownership information clear, organized, and usable.

A Family Tradition in Title

Alex J. Lindeke began his career in county courthouses, working alongside his father, Bruce F. Lindeke, JD, CPL. Using index books, record volumes, plats, a yellow legal pad, and a pencil, he learned to trace ownership directly from the original records forward.

Today, Linden Title combines that courthouse foundation with structured databases and modern document-processing tools to manage title problems at project scale.

Alex has worked in title research, ownership analysis, due diligence, right-of-way, and land-project management for more than a decade. His experience includes complex fractional ownership, division-order analysis, large-acreage research, and development of structured reporting systems for land, legal, and acquisition teams.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from Colorado State University and a B.S. in Accounting from CSU Global.

He founded Linden Title to preserve the care and discipline of traditional courthouse research while building better systems for modern land projects.
